Delusions of Reality

The ocean resonates through my soul
A "dolce" lullaby of tantalizing serenity
Known is all, that I truly love – adore

Discern now what is real - not real
The difference from reality or a dream
When reality was but a false delusion

Crimson tears commence to fall in a flowing river
Trickling slowly down upon this saddened pale face
In the crashing of all once held true in the core

As days, these nights a most deadly pill to swallow
In an uproar of spiraling emotions in which perturbs
On a roller-coaster of tribulations that unsettles

Listen; listen ever so closely through the silence
See what the eyes cannot, feel the force in motion
Arising anew to occasion, when all was once lost

A strength that empowers, bring new significance
The break of dawn comes, in enchanting melodies
As the soul sings in the rebirth of newfound days
