Bemused

Bemused

Where did it start?
When will it end?
Seemingly difficult to comprehend

Silence now reigns
Endless days – countless nights
An internal battle fought with might

Simply ponder on this notion
Of which may be right
Yet, still at every mishap
Deem to discern this plight

Be there no rhyme, nor reason
Tis´ just another season
As trials – tribulations
Come and go at every turn

One may debate – dictate
All these trials and errors
As the darkness consumes
Eating away at the core
Drowning in this vast abyss

Confusion – Delusions
May befall trying times
Even on a daily struggle
Dare to rise to occasion
Through the decadence
Of yet another year at loss
